One of Rory's ex-boyfriends is coming back: Matt Czuchry has joined the cast of Netflix's upcoming "Gilmore Girls" revival.
TVLine reports that Czuchry, who played Rory's (Alexis Bledel) college boyfriend, Logan Huntzberger, on the CW series, will return for the new mini season, set to debut on the streaming service sometime later this year.
The show’s creator, Amy Sherman-Palladino, previously told TVLine that they want to include as many of Rory’s former love interests as they can in the revival. He appeared along with most of the cast at a reunion panel for the show during the ATX Television Festival last year.
“Our plan is to get as many of [Rory’s] lovely men back as possible,” she said. News of Czuchry’s return was first reported by Variety’s sister site TVLine.
Her romantic transition has been a shock to fans worldwide, but no one could be more surprised than the woman behind Rory herself, Alexis Bledel.
